1. Promoter
This competition is promoted by Mugg & Bean, a brand of Famous Brands Limited. The competition is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Facebook.
2. Competition Period
The competition runs from 07 March 2026 to 15 April 2026. Entries submitted before or after this period will not be considered.
3. Eligibility
- Open to South African residents aged 18 years and older.
- Employees of Famous Brands Limited, its subsidiaries, affiliates, agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
4. How to Enter
To enter, participants must:
- Post an original photo or video on their public Instagram or Facebook account during the competition period.
- Ensure the content clearly features the new Mugg & Bean travel mug.
- Include the hashtag #MAndBTravelMug in the caption.
Entries that do not feature the travel mug or omit the required hashtag will be disqualified.
5. Valid Entries
- Only entries posted from public profiles will be considered.
- By posting your entry, you confirm that:
- The content is your own original work.
- You own all rights to the content.
- You consent to Mugg & Bean using your entry for marketing and promotional purposes across its digital channels, with credit to the creator where applicable.
6. Prizes
- There are 10 prizes, each consisting of a R1 000 Mugg & Bean voucher.
- Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
- Vouchers are valid for use at participating Mugg & Bean outlets in South Africa only.
- Standard Mugg & Bean voucher terms and conditions apply.
7. Winner Selection
- Winners will be selected by a panel of judges based on creativity and quality of their entry.
- The judges’ decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
- Winners will be notified via direct message on the platform through which they entered, within 14 business days of the competition closing date.
8. Claiming Prizes
- Winners must respond to the prize notification within 7 business days.
- Failure to respond within this period may result in forfeiture of the prize and an alternative winner being selected.
- Winners may be required to provide proof of identity and South African residency.
9. General
- Mugg & Bean reserves the right to disqualify any entry that contains offensive, inappropriate, or unlawful content.
- Mugg & Bean reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the competition in the event of circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
- Participants are responsible for their own internet access costs associated with entering the competition.
- This competition is subject to South African law. Participation constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
