Whether you’re looking for a plant-based pick-me-up or an alternative to dairy, there’s something for everyone at Mugg & Bean. We also include kilojoule counts on all our meals, as well as a full nutritional guide on our website to help take the effort out of making better food choices. We’re constantly adding healthier meals to our menu, as well as reasons to enjoy these dishes. One of these incentives is our partnership with Discovery Vitality, which gives Discovery members 25% cash back on selected healthy meals, and 50% on selected kids meals.

We understand that a meal is only as good as the ingredients that were used to prepare it. That’s why we use only the best locally sourced and grown potatoes. We leave the skin on your fries not only because they taste better that way, but because they’re more notorious and create less food waste.

Our burgers are generously stacked with all the best, freshest toppings, and our beef burgers are the true stars of the show. All our beef patties are made with a 100% pure mix of chuck and brisket meat – making them more juicy and even more tasty.

The same effort goes into sourcing coffee beans from the best coffee-growing regions in the world, before they’re roasted to perfection right here at home. After that they’re in the hands of our professionally trained baristas, who are just as passionate about your pick-me-up as you are.

A simple motto guides our approach to recipes: ‘If it’s not broken, don’t fix it’. That’s why our Famous Giant Muffins are still made with the same recipe we’ve been using since 1996. All our muffins, cakes, tarts, cookies, and more are baked fresh every day right in our restaurants, using only free-range eggs. You’ll by hooked by those enticing baking scents before you’ve even come inside! It’s also why our famous Toasted Chicken Mayo makes use of the same iconic recipe that our customers have enjoyed for years.

At Mugg & Bean, generous portions aren’t the only thing we’re concerned about. We also understand that what happens in the kitchen echoes into the natural environment. That’s why our food is produced, sourced, and grown in a sustainable manner. Our takeaway cups are also fully compostable and biodegradable, which makes it more likely to end up in a garden patch than a landfill. We’ve also stopped clutching at plastic straws, and now your takeaway drink will be served with a paper one instead.



We’re serious about serving our community. When it comes to sourcing for our veg, fruit, and meat, over 90% comes from local producers and suppliers. We’ve built lasting relationships with farming communities that benefit everybody from the farmer, to the planet, to you.

In selected communities, we serve a Halaal menu, which is just as tasty and generous as our generic menu.

When it comes time to give back, we flex our generosity and so do you, our customer. Every year we help raise funds and awareness for families fighting childhood cancer through our CSI partner, Cupcakes Of Hope.
