When you hear lunch, the first thing that comes to mind is sandwiches. The newest addition to our Open Sandwich range is our Smashed Chickpea Mayo Open Sandwich. This vegan lunch meal builds on the concept of a traditional chicken mayo sandwich by replacing the meat with hummus and adding fresh red apple, red onion, and cucumber. Served on your choice of better-for-you wholewheat or rye toast.
For the meat eaters, we have our Alabama Chicken Stack Open Sandwich. This one’s a reinvention of our old favourite, the Alabama Chicken Panino. This new and improved stacked-up sandwich has shredded chicken breast, tomato, back bacon, and melted mozzarella on buttered sourdough toast, topped off with mustard cheddar sauce, honey mustard dressing and avocado. Simply delicious!
Or go gourmet for lunch with our Gourmet Burgers! Our NEW Chilli Bacon Jam & Feta Gourmet Burger is full of flavour and made with a 100% pure beef patty. Want something different? Try our chicken burger or our vegetarian falafel burger.
